SECTION 5. SUPREME COURT CERTIFICATE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT, AMEND OR REPEAL RULE OR ORDER
Effective Date: 1/1/2001
5.1 The Supreme Court, on its own motion, may file with the Clerk of the Supreme Court a Certificate of Intention to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule or order.
5.2 A Certificate of Intention shall be treated as a petition pursuant to Section 3.
